After a winter spent hibernating indoors, it’s time to enjoy the sun! Time for patio parties and backyard barbecues that celebrate Moms, Dads, and proud Graduates. Time to blow up birthday balloons and watch the fireworks. And what better way to enjoy the festivities than to let someone else do the cooking?

Add a personal touch to your catered affair with creative table settings that suit the theme for a birthday party or holiday celebration. Festive tablecloths, placemats, and napkins in lively colors—like the tropical blues and greens pictured here—serve as cheerful backdrops for food that looks great on a plain white plate. Our simple, stylish more.™ line of tableware turns everyday food into party fare.

Company's Coming

Lighten up the cuisine and brighten up the table for spring and summer celebrations. When we help plan the menu and prepare your party platters, you’re sure to be serving food that everyone loves to eat.

Entertaining is effortless when our chefs help you prepare for your party. In our store, you’ll find everything you need to set the table and the mood for a memorable celebration. Whether you’re inviting15 guests or 150, our associates and department specialists can help you plan all the details, from menu selections to table settings.

We’ll help you plan your menu around the type of event you’re celebrating and the time of day your guests will arrive—a salad and sandwich buffet for early afternoon, a mix of hot and cold dishes for later in the day. Cheese platters, shrimp plates, and trays of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables whet the appetite and help balance out any party menu.

It’s never too soon to start planning your party. Don’t wait until the last minute! Finalize the menu, choose your tableware, and check to be sure you have enough serving utensils. Make a checklist of anything you have to do to prepare for the party, such as borrowing furniture and taking care of housekeeping–with a timetable of when these chores would best be done. Pace yourself, and leave as much free time as possible on the day of the party.

The key to successful entertaining is to relax and have fun. If you’re having a good time at your party, your guests will too!
